If I don't see a book listed on your Biblio storefront, does that mean you don't have it in store?

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Accepted Answer

All purchases may be returned for points, if you have a trading file, or a refund if returned by the next day. Any books purchased from Castaway Used Books may also be brought back for points at any time, allowing you to replenish your trading points with the same amount that was originally used in the purchase.

How does your book trade-in system work?

Accepted Answer

At Castaway Used Books, we allocate points when you trade in books that we can use for resale. These Points are added to your account immediately and can be used right away. Points never expire and can be used for in-store purchases of our used books. Please note, points have no cash value and cannot be “cashed out.” When you make a purchase, your total is discounted by up to 50%, depending on the points in your account. If you don’t have enough points for the full discount, you’ll receive a partial discount, but there will always be a portion of the purchase that must be paid in cash, with GST added. Please note: Credit cannot be used on purchases made online.
